Then you don’t understand that “CANCEL THIS PUBLICAITONNOW!!!?!” just because they dared to publish an opinion piece you didn’t agree with is a problematic position to take.
The best people listen to people who they don’t agree with - and then consider those opinions before then disagreeing with the person.
The worst people decide that publications who welcome freedom of thought should somehow be punished for it.
You can do better. You can argue against the points that this guy made. But to argue that all viewpoints that don’t agree with yours should be silenced - and to recommend cancellation of the publication - shows a depressing dullness of thought.
