Part of the underlying problem around the prescription of Palestine Action (rendering protesters committing criminal damage as 'terrorists') is its based on the assumption Govt. has the right to judge whether protests are 'legitimate actions' or not;
A Govt. that can decide what and what isn't legitimate protest is reserving to itself the ability to shape & distort the articulation of political views.
Its a desire to enforce the Overton Window by legal means & is anti-democratic!
