In Mein Kampf Volume 1 part 1... I think it was chapter 10 he spoke about the reason for the loss of the war. (WW1). That he thought that he would have done a better job.
He also talked about Propaganda as a mighty weapon far to important to be trusted with just any mediocre talent.
