How do I use kidwarp (nprofile…3ulr)'s vanilla bean paste? Today I used it in cream cheese clouds.


1 lb butter, softened
1 lb cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered swerve
4 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

Wisk them together with the stand mixer, starting slow and working up to max speed for 1 minute. Plop onto a cookie sheet in 1 Tbsp chunks, and freeze for an hour. They're done. Box 'em and put them in the fridge or freezer.
