Something I honestly would like to know, is why some people seem to have such an awful time with Mastodon while it works pretty much perfectly for everyone else. This isn’t me picking on the people for whom it’s not a good experience, but rather legitimately, wondering what they’re doing or what is happening that is making their experience with Mastodon so much different than most of the rest of us.
For me, Mastodon has been very good. I’ve been using it as my main social media for years now and other than the occasional outage haven’t had any real issues, but I see stories from people every once in a while, talking about how awful it is, how many problems they have, and I wonder if anyone is actually tried to make a database of some kind of all the issues so we can kind of work through them and figure them out?
