"First" and then this guy brags about being on the take because the people paying in are "suckers"
This guy is a traitor. Never believed in his oath and is proud of stealing from the people and country that he swore an oath to. And on top of all that is too much of a coward to do something.
He deserves to be berated in the streets everywhere he goes until he puts a gun in his mouth and removes the plague that he is from our world.
He is part of the problem and has never been a part of any solution. The best he can do is devote his time to dying.
