Going through Facebooks “I’m hacked” or “account restore” links, they don’t accept the email or phone numbers that were associated with the account before the hack. So WTH are they good for? And WTF does the “it wasn’t me” link in the email do if it doesn’t revert the action the hacker did?

So I guess the only thing she can do now is remove all her friends so they won’t get spammed and change her name to HACKED IGNOREME or something?
