One way or another, this pricing crisis was going to end. It was just a matter of when, not if. China building fabs to manufacture more is actually a positive thing because the existing RAM manufacturers are, for all intents and purposes, a cartel. The best thing to do to fight that cartel is to get more competition into the market, which is why China doing that would be a really good thing in the long run.
