By "in any other place" do you mean in other software on Ms Windows as well? They might all use the same software for rendering the font... Difficult, because here I can't really see the issue. How to know if it is not just an issue/bug in Windows, this one being closed source :/ I'm curious how I can workaround this so Ms Windows user can use them as well, but right now, I'm out of clue.
