If everyone thought like that, Bitcoin wouldn't exist.
Bitcoin will eventually be usable everywhere; you'll be able to spend it wherever you want.
Its unconstitutionality doesn't matter; the worse the system gets, the more taxes they'll slap on you to take your property.
I've mentioned three risks, but there are many more. Study and rotate. You still can, or at least rotate half non-KYC and half KYC.
