1.) The law is not "enforced" by judges. They are at best interpretors, and in practice they are to be neutral referees.

2.) That why you learn the #law. So that if you happen to encounter one of these demonics, you know how to enter things properly into the record that will help to ensure an appeal is in order and likely to be granted.

3.) You should be worried. Being that you don't know the law, you have no defense, don't qualify as an American in my book or Thomas Jefferson's, and are basically a non-entity getting fatter and stupider by the second.
