Most of us religious people would be grateful if you didn't tell us how to be better religious people. I wouldn't presume to tell you how to be a better atheist, notwithstanding that I do have some opinions on this topic that I wouldn't share with anyone.
Please do call out bigotry when you see it, but to denigrate an entire group of people just because of a label, is, well, bigoted.
