Rick (npub1qw3…qe66) I have a hard time having sympathy for her. She bombed her own PR, and she didn't exercise any agency over her Marvel run to make it better.
Compare her to Henry Cavill, who was also in garbage superhero movies, but made his portrayal good enough that people still like him. Then he did genuine PR, people liked him more. Then he gets on Witcher and turns it from crap to watchable through nerd autism and sheer force of will behind the scenes.
