I suspect the path to follow on Mastodon would be to start a group on fedigroups, like Actually Autistics (npub1pce…geep) but specific to neurodivergent burnout. Then spread it as wide as possible. The more people who follow it, the more likelihood of someone being able to answer questions or offer support.
