Popped open my first bottle of elderberry wine this weekend. Its still a little young but quite pleasant! I think ill try another one by summer or even thanksgiving. 30 bottles in total!

4 lbs of elderberries tonight! And another 6 or so in thefreezers. Good picking! I normally make syrup but Im thinking of trying a batch of wine but have never tried that. Any advice? I guess ill be buying a lot of sugar.... 😵
