The ibex 6502 & (subset) Apex simulator has now been updated to support the 65C02, including the Rockwell bit instructions that weren't in all vendors' 65C02 parts, but not the WDC STP and WAI instructions. The default is still NMOS 6502, but CMOS can be selected with the "-c" command line option.
It now passes the Klaus Dormann 6502 functional test, 65C02 extended instruction test, and the Bruce Clark BCD arithmetic tests for (both valid and invalid BCD operands, on both 6502 and 65C02).
