the urethane primer also gets good adhesion, but it goes on a bit thinner and flatter, and it's easier to chip just due to being thinner. hard to say which is better. probably depends what you're after. for durability the epoxy is good. for a flat sealer coat that you're going to spray color over, like a car, the urethane might work better.
