I used to be so on top of this stuff, I used to overclock* so of course I'd have my eye on the core temperature.
Laptops have been my bag for years now rather than desktops, and I'd apparently forgotten they could just get dusty and hot.
* I'm not sure why, I'm not a gamer - I guess simply making number-go-up without paying so much for the chip was fun?
