Just pricked out some lettuce that i believe are hybrids. Time will tell now. Im starting these ones early to get a decent seed yield off them, as they are very bolt resistant. #gardening #garden #seedstr
Gm. Hope you are feeling it today. Im cleaning messes in the basement. Sorting seeds, planting some seeds, etc. Late last year i noticed some neat hybrid lettuce in a variety i had saved, but it was too late in the season to save any seed from it. So this year, im planting lots early in hopes that i can find some hybrids, isolate them and collect some seed for future development of a new variety. #farmstr #homesteading #seedstr
