Step 1: eviscerate the diplomatic corps
Step 2: alienate literally everyone
Step 3: use US tech companies to shut off services to anyone who goes against your wishes
Step 4: try to use diplomacy to pressure countries into not protecting their own interests by cutting out US tech companies
It's called self-owning, and it's all MAGA is really good at
