#JTBD stands for "Jobs To Be Done". It's a #designthinking methodology that focuses on understanding the underlying tasks or "jobs" that people are trying to accomplish, rather than just their demographic characteristics or superficial needs. The goal is to create solutions that help people get the job done, often in a more effective or satisfying way. Not sure how this applies to bots though!
