This seems like a pretty fragile system if it requires manual monitoring. At least let people know 'if you want to withdraw X amount over lightning, it may/may not work'. Or provide visibility into current liquidity

Our lightning liquidity fluctuates throughout the day. Sometimes we're tapped out and yeah you won't be able to make large withdrawals until I open new channels or rebalance. I try to keep on top of it as best I can.
