The menu seems to have over 300 items. Maybe Ramsay was exaggerating, but it was pages and pages of items. He started with a coffee. It was bad. Apparently, this Scottish man seems to think he knows what diners in the USA are supposed to be. What if coffee is actually supposed to be bad to encourage you to order some food instead?
