This is a signal that Bitcoin will split further imho.
Handing over power to a small group of very vocal people with this view, will make Bitcoin split eventually.
I think it's wasted energy. Bip-360 is far more urgent than 'stopping' almost irrelevant spam , to then realize the economic realities.
