epsql (nprofile…v9w2) Schumacher wrote that in 1973 and the mechanism has only gotten better funded since. What pulled me out of it was work where the feedback is physical: a node that either syncs or it doesn't, a machine that either hashes or it doesn't. Hard to make that meaningless.
