Yes and no. Each column controls a channel (input). Generally, the board allows you to adjust levels across the EQ for each individual channel. Each knob adjust a different part of the frequency band on that channel but you just turn the knob for more or less gain on that particular frequency.
You can then import all those stems into your mixing software where most the adjustments are made.
