Starting the day after a not-so-great night. We received a phone call in the middle of the night for a medical emergency (that luckily turned out to be not an emergency, whev) and all the ruckus flared an anxiety attack for my wife.

She's always been blamed by her family for these attacks and I know she tries to endure them without telling anyone, but when I catch a sign I'd rather tell her it's ok and hug her. And if it happens during the night, I'll sleep with an eye open just in case.

I guess starting the day with only three hours of sleep in the bag will make this Friday the fifth Monday in a row this week, so mission accomplished! 😁
