Well it's not whatever the f I want because there is a spec for Nostr features and that spec is closely guarded by Bitcoin maxis who aren't socially allowed to like Monero.
Also it seems you just don't understand the privacy benefits Monero brings, because otherwise you would understand why what you're saying there is retarded. It's simple: sender gets privacy for any other payments aside from the zap, receiver gets privacy for any other payments send to the address aside from the zap. Monero users get that out of the box so we don't have to worry about leaking other bullshit like Bitcoin users do when using Bitcoin.
