I OCRed all the documents from the solicitor. Fed it into chatGPT & within 20 seconds it told me this deal was no longer legal by act of parliament, but said there was a way out & I contacted 4 lawyers. None knew of the way out & none told me anything of any more use than ChatGPT. I hope that the little person will, from AI tools, get some power back to protect themselves against legal thickets & not have to rely on toothless quangos.
