I'm gonna go out on a limb here & say another thing that has at least attempted to feminize men & harden women is that women used to do more with EACH OTHER...
By that, I don't mean get tattoos, & wasted, & try to lure perceived Chads at a party, or whatever... I mean like church, or community functions, child-rearing, canning...
Their sisters visited, & helped; their moms probably, too. Neighbor ladies made dinners & cared for your family when women had (longer) hospital stays for birth prior to the 60's.
The social & familial pressure put on women, & families, as we moved from this de facto made husbands/dads have to step in & fill some of the roles outside women used to. If they don't, even stay-at-home moms can hardly survive trying to be the village that raises her children.
It's all so tiresome 😜 I want a White commune, or similar to Hitler's schooling of children back.
