I go on nature walks, play tennis, play with my cat, clean up my house, do my gardening chores, and go swimming in the lagoon near my house. There is a spiritual connection with some divine love in all these activities. I will never go to a gym bc that connection is I go on nature walks, play tennis, play with my cat, clean up my house, do my gardening chores, and go swimming in the lagoon near my house. There is a spiritual connection with some divine love in all these activities. I will never go to a gym because it doesn’t offer me the right connection within my soul. For me, body-mind-soul is all frequencies in alignment.
