AFAIK motherless isn't simply a porn website. I've never seen it but I have read that it has featured videos of torture and people having their throats cut (taken during the conflict in Bosnia, supposedly)*. I have no objection to that kind of content being taken down and feel it probably ought to be illegal everywhere. A better solution than surveilling the communications of entire populations.
*Did the principals think the 1st amendment protected their right to this "speech"?
