In 2024 ACP's chairman Haz Al-Din wrote: "I had the great honor of speaking to professor Alexander Dugin while in Moscow. I have been greatly influenced by many of Dugin's ideas for some time. But after speaking to him both on and off camera, I can confidently say I have met one of the most powerful minds of our era!" [<https://x.com/InfraHaz/status/1766211760770429035>]
In 2023 Haz Al-Din posted a long essay on Twitter where he wrote: "This brings us to what is by far the most important contribution of Dugin, and which permits him to be characterized as a true metaphysical materialist, going beyond even Heidegger - and that is in Dugin's concept of Chaos, the true the phenomenal form of material being." [<https://x.com/InfraHaz/status/1672286358969397248>] And then he went on to write about how great chaos was, and how chaos was a characteristic of superior Asiatic empires like Russia. Haz Al-Din has referred to his ideology as "patriotic socialism", which sounds similar to Dugin's NazBol ideology.
Jackson Hinkle has done several videos with Dugin. Hinkle became an Orthodox Christian in 2022, so he advocates for a Duginist mixture of Christianity and communism. In 2024 Hinkle did an interview in person with Dugin, where on the background in Hinkle's studio, there was a "Don't Tread On Me" flag next to an Orthodox icon and a book about chaos. [<https://x.com/jacksonhinkle/status/1852448550749126830>] In another video Dugin told Hinkle about how great the Dark Enlightenment and Peter Thiel were. The "international secretary" of the ACP is Christopher Helali, who in 2026 told the Russian news agency TASS: "I wrote a four-page letter to President Putin in which I outlined my aspiration to become a citizen of the Russian Federation, described my contribution to Russia, my work in Donbas, my solidarity with the Russophile movement and many other things, starting from my early activities in support of Russian-American friendship and the importance of studying Russian history, culture, language, traditions." [<https://tass.ru/obschestvo/27637943>] His mission of supporting friendship between America and Russia and advocating for Russian culture sounds similar to the mission of Ed Lozansky's Russia House and Matt Ehret's Rising Tide Foundation. In 2024 Helali signed a contract with Evgeny Nikolaev, who was the commander of a volunteer unit of the Russian military. [<https://tass.ru/armiya-i-opk/26844595>]
In July 2026, Jackson Hinkle and Christopher Helali traveled from Moscow to Iran to attend Ayatollah Khamenei's funeral. [<https://www.memri.org/reports/american-islamist-left-and-communist-extremists-islamists-and-pro-iranian-activists-many>] Max Blumenthal was among the few other Americans who attended the funeral. Earlier in 2026, Helali traveled to Iran to report on the war in Iran for RT.
In 2024 Jackson Hinkle tweeted: "I had a wonderful dinner with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Moscow tonight after being elected as the only American to the Executive Council of the 'Movement for International Russophiles.'" [<https://x.com/jacksonhinkle/status/1762564457291543006>] In 2024 Hinkle also met with Gennady Zyuganov, who is the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Russia. [<https://x.com/MidwesternMarx/status/1854541993189244997>]
In 2022 Jackson Hinkle did a stream where he spoke about his experience of talking a conference of the Schiller Institute, and he said "Lyndon LaRouche, for those of you who don't know him, was a great visionary, ran for president, a great thinker", and Hinkle recommended people to read LaRouche's book "There Are No Limits to Growth". [<https://larouchepub.com/pr/2022/20221102_hinkle.html>] ACP sounds like LaRouche for zoomers.
In 2024 when John Mark Dougan released a fake invoice that supposedly showed that Zelensky's wife had bought an expensive Bugatti car, the story was amplified on Twitter by users like Jackson Hinkle (who got about 7 million views for his tweet about the invoice), Gunther Eagleman, I Meme Therefore I AM, Mike Flynn, and SGAnon. [<https://x.com/JamesAFulk/status/2031056801769140554/photo/1>] John Mark Dougan was also responsible for releasing a fake RAND Corporation memo that claimed the purpose of the war in Ukraine was to weaken Russia.
The "Declaration of the American Communist Party" stated that CPUSA had been liquified, and CPUSA was now reconstituted as the American Communist Party. [<https://acp.us/declaration>]
