Moving from the East Coast to Montana and working for a watershed committee gave me a deep appreciation for rainfall and drought awareness. Even though I'm back east, I notice it a lot more than most of the people around here - and I'm glad I do. With climate chaos, we have no idea what's down the road for any of us.
