Can it be a coincidence that the Govt. released (quietly) a bunch of reports on aspects of disability, that might have shifted the coverage (and MPs views) of cuts to disability benefits & the criteria for claiming them.

As Disability News Service points out some of these reports are over year old, suggesting that whatever the formal reasons for delaying publishing, ministerial interest in delaying their publication seems too great to ignore.
