The FT has concluded that in the second term the Court of the Tangerine Tyrant has engineered what they call an 'insider economy';

while many have always suspected the US military-industrial complex has rewarded elites & preferred actors, this has usually been seen as a sectoral phenomena.

Now Trump has (in classic feudal terms) transformed this into a system of patronage, rewarding only those who have found their way into the Court, at the expense of others & normal Americans.
