If it doesn't load your balance or your transactions, your NWC setup is blocking it or not responding to the secret.
Are you on 1.10? We had a few fixes on the DNS that people said it start to work after it.
If not, I would suggest uninstalling and installing again. It will delete everything local and you will need to re login, but we will know di this a cache issue or something else.
