Hello.
I am heading to Christchurch for a 4- day 'city break' soon - 1st visit to NZ.
I have booked a day trip on the tranzalpine train visiting Alberts Pass & Castle Hill. Also likely to visit Akaroa and hop on a dolphin cruise. Stunning nature ✅️
Research suggests some Christchurch 'sights' may still be under reconstruction after the earthquake. I have booked the hop on/off tram to orientate on day 1.
Wondering if anyone has any tips for what to see / do / prioritise in Christchurch over 2.5 days (no time for any other trips out).
