Literally the only thing that worked for me. And I only deadlift once every two weeks. I have some tendinitis in my hands. All the stretches in the world didn’t help. Resting and splints weren’t helpful either. I started doing wrist curls and the pain subsided. I also had an ankle injury from sports and the only thing that worked was strengthening the muscles through calf raises. Physical therapy is kind of a scam. All the doctors and experts told me to do stretches but there is no science backing that. It’s all fiat nonsense that just keeps your wheels spinning endlessly.
