Many of the problems could be fixed rapidly by cutting fraud and financial abuses, blatant mismanagement and incompetence. At least they reversed prop 47 here that basically made it legal to steal under $950 because there were so little consequences and retail theft went crazy. End of last year they charged Newsom’s Chief of Staff with like 30 felonies for financial fraud. There is hope but I could go on for hours and it would barely scratch the surface of the clown show.
