This is where I disagree. The burden is on everyone working in conjunction. An app dev can support any made up tag they want, and if no host or podcaster has it in it's feed, it's useless.
There's a reason chapters and transcripts have been popular, and social interact hasn't.
Social Interact is confusing and difficult to understand and implement. Chapters and Transcripts dead simple. Seems to me, complexity has more to do with failure.
