WOW. okay, so that's *really* strict - way more than I had even imagined.
that's really interesting because it really changes the nature of the game for interaction. it doesn't make any sense to send a packet for navigating around text menus, because each interaction would cost 2-10 seconds of turnaround time (if it makes it at all).
does something akin to gopher make more sense? a single line at the bottom of the screen for entering commands, and the rest of the page reserved for receiving text?
