Some here in the #Running Bubble may know Frank (Frank Hamm 🏃➡️👟🥾 (npub1c6m…fj03)). At the end of 2024, he narrowly escaped one of the most vicious cancer tumors. Following surgery & chemotherapy, he recovered & today completed his first #halfmarathon since his illness, achieving all his set goals. For every minute he finished under 3 hours, he's donating 2€ to the Cancer Society Rhineland-Palatinate.
People like Frank are my role models. Fate handed him lemons, and he made sweet lemonade out of them.
