i respect bitcoiners even when they disagree with me. that’s actually a feature of bitcoin’s consensus, it sorts out everyone self interest and finds common interest.
but since i respect them as human beings, ill ask them questions i know they dont have answers to.
for instance, if you dont like 80 as the limit, why should it be 100k?
why not 200k? why not 4mb? why not 8mb??
both sides are advocating for enforcing a limit.
maybe 80 isn’t the right number, but at least its standing in a valid principled reason
