I've grown out of some of the more pronounced anxiety where it was just constant and that came from my upbringing I think. Lots of yelling and lots of drama over every little thing 😏 so not only did I have to deal with the diversity at school I had to deal with the shit at home. Took many years and a lot of drinking to manage it. Now I can get by with lightweight over the convenience store counter shit.
