I'm on year 3 of full #menopause hell. Bit less hellish than my almost 7 years with #perimenopause though. When perimenopause hit, I had no idea WTAF was happening to my mind/body for over 2 years. Many doctors treated me like I was a paranoid woman. It took 2 ER hospitalizations before #doctors started to take me seriously & actually start to help me manage my life/health transitions. It hurt my mental health to be treated like a crazy woman when I needed serious #medical help.
