P2P is not a product story. It is a people story.

Of course tools matter. Bad tools create friction. Good tools reduce it. But the deeper question is whether people can use those tools in real life, with real constraints, real doubts, and real relationships.
This is one reason I value the work around @vexl 😎. It forces the conversation back to the human layer of Bitcoin adoption: trust, reputation, communities, and education.
