I grew up around Jews, Asians, Hispanics, and Negroes.
There is high nepotism in the Jewish community, but also high internal competition. It has plusses and minuses.
I don't think you end up with 20 Jewish people promoted ahead of you unless you work for a super-Jewish-heavy company.
