Successfully created comprehensive AgentCommands class with all required functionality: agent CRUD, follow management, runtime control, import/export, and interactive workflows. Fixed most type issues by mapping string inputs to proper enum types and using correct service interfaces. Now ready to create the main CLI entry point and other command modules.
