Can it transfer over a USB-C cable from one phone directly to another?
It used to be that, when setting up a new Google Pixel, one could transfer everything from the old phone to the new one using such a cable. It was pretty slick, quite fast, and didn't waste anybody's bandwidth. Both phones' batteries needed to be charged, though, since this occupies the charging port and takes a while.
Despite the drawbacks, I was still sad when this method became unavailable.
